Free Seating

WEY Solutions use elaborate matrices to manage data source interfaces and user authorizations, so that operators can access ‘their’ data sources from any desk without the need to make modifications to the IT infrastructure.  This is commonly referred to as the "free seating" concept. When logging onto the system, the user’s authorisations are simply available at the current workplace. This simplifies and significantly reduces the cost of moves and changes.

Multiple monitors

For multi-screen workplaces, sources can be distributed as required among the monitors. And of course, sources with multiple monitors can easily be integrated into the solution.

Data source selection

After logging in, the user immediately sees all the sources for which they have access rights. They can establish the connection with one press of a button.

Access rights

Access rights are managed centrally in a database. By setting priorities and different types of access, it is possible to optimize the use of sources.
