As Global Exhibitions & Marketing Manager, you will take on central responsibility for the planning, organisation and implementation of our international trade fairs and marketing events. You will ensure that WEYTEC has a professional presence worldwide, generate qualified leads together with sales and coordinate our global marketing activities with regional teams, partners and distributors.

With your organizational talent, your understanding of B2B marketing and your hands-on mentality, you will ensure that trade fairs and events become measurable success factors and strengthen our international market position in the long term.

Your Impact:

  • Planning, coordination and implementation of international trade fairs and marketing events on a global level
  • Development of trade fair strategies in close coordination with regional Managing Directors
  • Responsibility for budget planning, resource management and cost control of all trade fair and event activities
  • Selection, management and negotiation of trade fair agencies, stand builders and external service providers
  • Coordination of stand construction, marketing materials and trade fair appearances worldwide
  • Lead generation at trade fairs and close cooperation with sales for lead follow-up and pipeline integration
  • Analysis of trade fair successes by means of reporting, conversion tracking and ROI evaluations
  • Cooperation with strategic partners, Gold and Silver partners as well as distributors for joint trade fair and marketing activities
  • Coordination of marketing projects, advertising materials and campaigns in cooperation with the global marketing team
  • Close coordination with regional managing directors and international stakeholders

We are looking for an internationally strong organizational personality who not only plans trade fairs and events, but also sees them as a strategic platform for brand presence, lead generation and business development.

Your Experience and Competencies:

  • Several years of experience in event management, trade fair management or B2B marketing
  • Demonstrable success in the planning and implementation of international trade fairs and marketing events
  • Experience in project management as well as budget and resource management
  • Confident handling of agencies, service providers and external partners
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
