You will lead WEYTEC's global trade show and event program, taking ownership from strategy through to successful execution. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and our regional Managing Directors, you will define our presence at key international industry events and ensure every trade show delivers measurable impact in terms of lead generation, sales pipeline, and business growth.

• Develop and execute the global trade show and event strategy
• Plan and deliver 8–15 international trade shows and events per year
• Manage budgets, control costs, and measure success based on leads and sales pipeline
• Manage agencies, exhibition stand builders, and external service providers
• Coordinate booth construction, logistics, shipping, and technical infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, partners and distributors
• Prepare exhibition teams and ensure a structured handover of leads to Sales
• Manage trade show materials, budgets, CRM and event data
