As Head of Sales D-CH, you are the face of our company in our home market of Switzerland. You will look after existing key customers, build sustainable relationships and strategically develop the market. With your passion for complex solutions, your network in German-speaking Switzerland and your entrepreneurial thinking, you will strengthen our position as a market leader in the control room sector in the long term.
Your Impact:
- You represent WEYTEC as the market leader in the control room environment in German-speaking Switzerland
- You will look after major and regional customers and build long-term, trusting customer relationships
- You identify new business opportunities and successfully close them
- You will precisely analyze customer requirements, present tailor-made WEYTEC solutions and consistently pursue sales opportunities
- You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets
- You will work closely with pre-sales, project management, field service and management
- You plan marketing measures, customer events and market appearances together with you
- You develop market and sales strategies and maintain your pipeline in a disciplined manner in CRM
- You are always informed about market, industry and technology developments

Your Experience and Competencies:
- Degree from a university of applied sciences or equivalent technical/commercial training
- In-depth experience in the AV, KVM or IT/network environment
- Experience in the sale of system-critical solutions or technical capital goods
- Several years of experience in B2B solution sales and in the support of major customers in Switzerland
- Excellent knowledge of German (written and spoken), very good English skills and possession of a Swiss passport
- High customer orientation, assertiveness and enjoyment of networking
- Meticulous preparation and consistent follow-up of sales opportunities, with the clear understanding that WEYTEC does not sell a standard, but tailor-made solutions
