We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead Inventory Management, Operational Logistics, Order Management, and serve as a key contributor to our WEYTEC Hub in the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This cross-functional role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless end - to-end supply chain execution—from order intake to final delivery—while effectively aligning supply and demand to support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Your Impact:
- Responsibility for operational logistics processes including transportation, warehousing, and shipping
- Support of order management from material ordering through to on-time delivery
- Ensuring efficient inventory management, including stocktaking and inventory control
- Maintenance and management of product, pricing, and delivery data in the ERP system
- Participation and regional responsibility in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with a focus on demand planning and forecasting
- Coordination of procurement activities and collaboration with internal and external supply partners
- Identification of optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Your Experience and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or APICS/CSCP certification preferred
- 7+ years of experience in logistics, order management, and S&OP roles, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. logistics regulations, transportation methods, and distribution frameworks
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., MS D365FO) and planning platforms
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and drive operational excellence
- CPIM or similar inventory management certification is an advantage
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business requirements
