We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead Inventory Management, Operational Logistics, Order Management, and serve as a key contributor to our WEYTEC Hub in the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This cross-functional role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless end - to-end supply chain execution—from order intake to final delivery—while effectively aligning supply and demand to support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Your Impact:

  • Responsibility for operational logistics processes including transportation, warehousing, and shipping
  • Support of order management from material ordering through to on-time delivery
  • Ensuring efficient inventory management, including stocktaking and inventory control
  • Maintenance and management of product, pricing, and delivery data in the ERP system
  • Participation and regional responsibility in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with a focus on demand planning and forecasting
  • Coordination of procurement activities and collaboration with internal and external supply partners
  • Identification of optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Your Experience and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or APICS/CSCP certification preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in logistics, order management, and S&OP roles, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. logistics regulations, transportation methods, and distribution frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., MS D365FO) and planning platforms
  • Proven experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and drive operational excellence
  • CPIM or similar inventory management certification is an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business requirements
