As a Performance & Lead Generation Manager, you will take on central responsibility for our global B2B lead generation strategy. You will develop data-driven campaigns, continuously optimize our digital channels and ensure that leads become real opportunities.

With your deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, LinkedIn campaigning, SEO/SEA and sales alignment, you will strengthen our international market position in the long term and take our lead quality to the next level.

Your Impact:

  • Responsibility for the global B2B lead generation strategy with a focus on high-quality, sales-ready leads
  • Planning, implementation and optimization of LinkedIn lead generation campaigns on a global and regional level
  • Development and implementation of SEO/SEA strategies including keyword planning and performance optimization
  • Establishment and further development of account-based marketing activities for defined target markets
  • Analysis and optimization of lead quality, conversion rates and campaign performance
  • Lead scoring, reporting and data-driven development of all performance channels
  • Close cooperation with sales and regional managing directors for continuous optimization of campaigns
  • Coordination of external agencies and specialists
  • Support for international marketing campaigns and digital projects

We are looking for an analytical, execution-driven personality who understands that lead generation is about creating real business opportunities, not just clicks.

Your Experience and Competencies:

  • Experience in the field of B2B SaaS lead generation and performance marketing
  • Sound knowledge of LinkedIn Campaigning, SEO and SEA
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Dynamics CRM / Insight and HubSpot
  • Analytical, structured and independent way of working
  • Understanding of sales processes and data-driven marketing
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
