As Quality Manager, you are responsible for global quality management at WEYTEC — across our products and services. You ensure that “Swiss Made” is not just a label, but a measurable and lived standard.

You are the central point of contact for all quality-related topics, internally as well as towards our customers in environments where failure is not an option. You continuously develop our quality management system and turn continuous improvement into part of our culture.

• You are responsible for our global Quality Management System and continuously develop it further
• You manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure the quality of our products and services
• You analyse quality KPIs and lead root cause analysis as well as corrective and preventive actions
• Responsibility for Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety topics across the WEY Group
• You plan and coordinate audits and act as the central point of contact for quality and audit-related matters
• You combine Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety standards (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001) into one integrated management system
• You work closely with Operations, Engineering, Sales and Service teams and establish quality as a shared mindset across the organization
• Coordination of external agencies and specialists
• Support for international marketing campaigns and digital projects
