To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for an Accounting Clerk (20–30 hours per week) to join us on a fixed-term contract from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. If you have a strong affinity for numbers, work with great attention to detail, and enjoy taking responsibility, you will play an important role in ensuring that our financial processes run smoothly, reliably, and efficiently.
Your Impact:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Post financial transactions and reconcile accounts
- Review, process, and approve supplier invoices
- Process employee expense claims
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns (depending on experience)
- Assist with internal projects and various administrative finance tasks
- Provide holiday cover for the Administration team, handling general administrative duties and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business during absences
Your Experience and Competencies:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship, with a focus or further training in accounting or finance
- Structured, independent way of working
- Hands-on mentality, reliability and high social competence
- Very good knowledge of German and good English skills
