Then you’ve come to the right place. In this role, you will play a central part in our organization: combining hands-on financial analysis with strategic steering, and working with us to develop modern, effective controlling.
Your Impact:
- You will further develop our controlling structures and instruments that create real transparency about our central business processes and further develop project and order controlling
- You will be responsible for consolidation (13 group companies) and group-wide reporting and ensure timely closing.
- You will analyze financial and operational key figures and derive well-founded recommendations for action for management
- You are actively involved in budget, forecasting and planning processes
- You will work closely with international subsidiaries and internal stakeholders and act as a business partner
Your Experience and Competencies:
- Business education (e.g. expert in accounting & controlling, master in controlling, etc.)
- Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in an international environment
- Experience in project controlling or in a project-based business as well as in the establishment or further development of controlling structures
- Very good knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and/or IFRS as well as practical experience in consolidation
- Very good Excel skills, as well as experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics F&O, Odoo, Tagetik, BI tools)
- Very good knowledge of German, as well as very good written and spoken English
