Displays and Monitors

Rear projection cubes based on LED technology (Light Emitting Diodes) were developed for video walls in 24/7 environments such as modern control rooms. Proven LED technology eliminates the so-called "burn-in" and "memory" effects, assuring the long-term stability of colors. The availabilty of spare parts is guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years.

LED video walls are comprised of individual LED panels that are integrated into seamless visual areas. LED panels, with ultra-narrow bezels between elements, can be combined and extended to build virtually unlimited pixel areas.

LED panels are available with varying pixel pitches (distance between diodes). The pixel pitch, which correlates with the picture resolution, can be chosen according to the requirements (area, resolution, distance to the video wall).

LCD displays (Liquid Crystal Display) deliver precise, high-resolution images in brilliant colors and are known for their shallow installation depth. They can be used as single displays or in a video wall with multiple displays. They are characterized by ultra-narrow bezels between screens. Highly reliable with long lifespans and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of over 50,000 hours, they are an ideal choice for displaying dynamic images in 24/7 work environments.

Various monitors can be deployed at the workplace. Depending on requirements and specifc application scenarios, customers may choose between a variety of sizes, e.g. 24" or 27" monitors in different resolutions (Full HD, 1920 x 1200, 4K) or 49" curved monitors. Touch displays are also available and increasingly popular. Touch functionality is supported by WEYTEC IP Remote and smartVISUAL.
