Remote Support

With our remote support tool, you get direct support from our field engineering team. This is a Team Viewer client that allows our field engineers to access your computer. You can follow the progress on your screen while our specialists take care of your issue. The program does not require any installation, it just runs.

End-of-Life (EOL) / Discontinued Products

Products developed and manufactured by WEYTEC are subject to typical product life cycles. When planning for new product releases, we pay close attention to the steady advancement of technology, new production processes and evolving environmental requirements (RoHS). This also means that the production of certain products can be phased out and replaced by a successor model.
